For those of you who know me, you know I plan to attend Temple University, Tyler School of Art this coming fall. For those of you who know me even better, you know this probably will not happen anymore. Long story short, they screwed up all the dates for everything and left me without a place to stay, without art classes, without facilities and therefore no reason for me to go to their school. The reason I'm saying all of this is not for pity or whatever you'll give me, but for some prayer, and for some input on what you guys think is important in a school.
The new plan probably involves living at home for another semester, working, and taking a few classes at West Chester. From there I'm trying to decide what the best route to take is. Some possibilities are 1) sucking it up and paying the money to go to my "dream" school, MICA 2) finding another cheaper but competitive art school or 3) going to a smaller christian school with a good art program, probably Gordon.
To any of you who may have read this: thank you.
